Position DescriptionAs an IT Business Analyst, the candidate will be responsible for gathering end-to-end business requirements in the Commercial Lending Space.Location:

Columbus or Cleveland, OhioYour future duties and responsibilities

Works with a cross-functional team in optimization of application capabilities & business processes. Provide Business Analysis and Project/Product support for the development, enhancement, quality assessment, and ongoing support of the relevant lines of business (LOBs).Influence requirements for new application features and enhancements that are consistent with strategic priorities.Participates in the design process to ensure it supports business requirements and an optimized user experience.Capture requirements for a moderately complex system and/or multiple systems; understands the SDLC and its impact on deliverables.Translate business requirements into technical requirements and convey with appropriate level of detail to the development team.Broaden expertise of the business and work with technical and business teams to support business objectives.Support and/or participate in user acceptance testing to ensure quality in application releases and user experience.Understands security, risk management, and IT process principles and escalate to appropriate team(s) as needed.Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Business Analyst with experience preferably in Commercial Lending Space5-15 yrs of B/A experienceExperienced Business Analyst with LoanIQ and AFS Product Knowledge.Experienced Business Analysts with knowledge in System Design, SQL, XMLs.Collaboration skills with line of business owners, including gathering, writing, and communicating requirements with technology teams.Strong skillset needed in Jira, Confluence, and Visio.Ability to read and comprehend call flows.Ability to oversee other Business Analysts and run projects end to end.Preferred Skills:

Commercial Lending Domain Knowledge, Banking and Financial BA ExperienceA certified scrum master/product owner (to help when our scrum master is out)LoanIQ Product KnowledgeCGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications.
