Capital One Software, an enterprise B2B software business of Capital One, is dedicated to helping businesses accelerate their cloud and data management journeys at scale. This is an exciting opportunity to infuse the organization with talent brokers for Capital One. In partnership with your team, you will effectively manage candidates through the recruiting and selection process, provide consulting and guidance to our Talent Acquisition teams and participate in projects that enhance the recruiting experience. You will be passionate about keeping abreast of trends and innovative recruiting techniques that enable us to be a best-in-class recruitment shop.Roles and Responsibilities:Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, including creating compelling position descriptions, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, marketing Capital One's talent brand, screening candidates, advising hiring managers, and negotiating job offers.Source stellar candidates using search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques.Provide a great end-to-end recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managers.Advise clients and leadership on market trends and recommend effective ways to attract and recruit great talent.Develop candidate pipeline strategies to fill open positions (i.e., talent marketing, LinkedIn sourcing, referrals, etc.).Consult with hiring managers on their talent needs.Basic Qualifications:High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.At least 3 years of experience in recruiting, Human Resources, or client consulting experience, or a combination of the three.Preferred Qualifications:Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification.At least 4+ years of experience in Corporate Recruiting - full life cycle, research, and sourcing.At least 2+ years of experience consulting with multiple hiring managers while developing excellent working relationships.Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment.Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse HR talent.Experience in compensation and general HR requirements related to hiring.At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.Capital One offers a comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial, and other benefits that support your total well-being.
