As a Data Analyst 2, you will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results, and providing ongoing reports to support our business objectives. You will work closely with our development, data science, and business intelligence teams to extract valuable insights from our data and help shape our strategies.Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.Reporting: Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics.Data Visualization: Create compelling visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.Data Quality: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reports and analyses.Ad Hoc Analysis: Perform ad hoc analyses and provide data-driven recommendations to support various business initiatives.Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.Technical Proficiency:Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python.Data Visualization Tools: Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).Statistical Analysis: Strong understanding of statistical methods and techniques.Database Management: Knowledge of database querying and management.AI: Familiarity and enthusiasm for bleeding-edge analytical enablement using tools such as Large Language Models and Prompt Engineering.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights in an understandable manner.Additional Information
