Full Stack Engineer with Database TechnologiesPosition DescriptionWe're seeking a full-stack engineer with expert-level Python skills and a passion for building high-performance applications. You'll be working alongside a talented team, tackling complex challenges across the entire development stack.Your future duties and responsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and efficient applications using Python and a variety of technologies.Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to bring innovative ideas to life.Own the data layer, architecting and optimizing database solutions with expertise in Snowflake, MongoDB, DynamoDB, and other relevant technologies.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices.Continuously learn and explore new technologies to stay ahead of the curve.Required qualifications to be successful in this roleExpert-level development skills in PythonExpertise in different database technologies like Snowflake & NoSQL databases like MongoDB, DynamoDB.Demonstrated experience coding in more than one programming language.Our full stack engineers work across a range of client, middle tier, messaging, caching and database technologies including Java, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, SQL and PL/SQL.Experience with quant research processes, methodologies, and tools a plus.Experience with Financial Datasets a plus.This role must be located in Knoxville, TN.CompensationCGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications.
