Right of Way Agent

to work on projects based out of Ohio and Kentucky. The selected candidate will have the flexibility to work out of their home office but must live within a 50-mile radius of Cincinnati or Dayton, OH. At ORC, diversity matters, voices are heard, and leadership shows they care.What you will be doing:As a Right of Way Agent, you will acquire easements for both natural gas and electrical projects. You will support the Project Manager (PM) and members of the project team. Duties include preparing real estate documents, performing basic property research for ownership and boundary information, and communicating with property owners and their representatives for the acquisition of right of way.
