Operating in 5 U.S. Airports, NewsLink has a dedicated team of more than 50 employees working in our travel conveniences, retail stores, restaurants, cafes, warehouse and distribution center, and corporate offices.Position SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. This role will be based in Miami and will primarily focus on overseeing all aspects of human resources management within our organization.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for handling HR issues and inquiries, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.Act as the subject matter expert (SME) on the HRIS system, ensuring its effective utilization and providing training and support as needed.Evaluate the effectiveness of the HRIS system and make recommendations for improvements or transitions to other systems if necessary.Manage all internal communication efforts related to human resources policies, procedures, and initiatives.Maintain a comprehensive understanding of existing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and providing guidance to employees and managers.Define and refine new hire orientation processes to ensure a positive and engaging onboarding experience.Conduct audits of HR processes and practices to assess compliance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.Undertake various ad-hoc tasks as assigned.Qualifications/Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5-8 years of experience in human resources management roles, with a strong understanding of HRIS systems and processes.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information.Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes.Ability to travel occasionally for HR-related audits and meetings.
