Job Summary:Broadband Telecom Power is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to spearhead our financial initiatives and enhance organizational performance. This leadership role requires a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial analytics. The VP will collaborate closely with C-level executives to align financial strategies with corporate objectives, streamline financial reporting processes, and cultivate a culture of analytical rigor and accountability across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Financial Leadership:Develop and implement a comprehensive financial planning framework, encompassing annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial projections. Ensure that financial strategies are aligned with business growth objectives and operational plans to facilitate data-driven decision-making.Performance Measurement and Reporting:Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that provide actionable insights into business performance. Create comprehensive management reporting packages that synthesize financial and operational data, enabling leadership to track progress and identify improvement opportunities.Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management:Oversee compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies. Establish robust internal controls and risk management practices to safeguard the organizations financial integrity.Financial Analysis and Insights:Deliver timely and insightful financial analyses to support strategic initiatives, including capital allocation, investment opportunities, and operational efficiencies. Work closely with executive leadership to identify cost-saving and revenue-enhancing opportunities.Team Development and Leadership:Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and professional development. Encourage innovative thinking and empower team members to contribute to process enhancements.M&A Support and Integration:Provide financial support during mergers and acquisitions, including conducting due diligence and valuation analyses. Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless integration of financial practices post-transaction.Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including business unit leaders, and external stakeholders, such as investors.
