Summary
The Supervisor, Financial Planning and Analysis, prepares and oversees the financial analysis to support decision-making processes, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and timeliness in financial reporting and analysis. This role involves providing guidance, support, and leadership to ensure the team achieves its objectives.
Compensation
$74,000 - $84,000 Per Year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)
ResponsibilitiesTrend Analysis & ForecastingSupport Korea headquarters communication and report preparation, assist in compiling team deliverables to create comprehensive reports with supervisorOversee the gathering and analysis of historical financial data from SAP and other operational systems, ensuring trends are accurately identified to support revenue, cost, and gross margin forecastsSupervise the development and continuous improvement of forecasting models, ensuring they are accurate, reliable, and aligned with business goalsManage the integration of data from cross-functional teams, ensuring data integrity and providing actionable insights for management to inform strategic decisionsSupervise the creation of comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior leadership, providing clear and insightful analysis on key financial trends and forecasting resultsOversee profitability and cost analysis across service lines and business segments, identifying risks, opportunities, and areas for financial optimization
Budget Management & Financial AnalysisSupervise the development of the organization's annual budget, collaborating with teams to set budget targets for revenue, costs, SG&As, and other financial metrics in alignment with strategic goalsTrack and monitor actual performance against the budget, identifying variances, conducting root cause analysis, and providing recommendations to address deviationsProvide guidance and strategic support to departments on resource allocation, prioritization, and financial decision-making to optimize overall budget performanceSupport strategic decision-making for new business initiatives (Red Folder) by conducting financial analysis to assess the impact of potential projects, ensuring alignment with company goals
System enhancement and team management supportOversee the creation of efficient financial processes, templates, and dashboards, driving continuous improvements in forecasting and budgetingIdentify inefficiencies, recommend tools for productivity, and provide training and troubleshooting supportOther Duties as assigned
