Description:Hybrid | Austin, TXOur Client is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst, to support their global H2R Workforce Management Program. This role's responsibilities would also include tier two support to our helplines, configuration of UKGs Workforce Central timekeeping, advanced scheduling, attendance modules and other third-party applications like Workday, WorkJam, Time and others. The Workforce Management Program supports multiple cross-functional global partners and customers at our client with their various business needs ranging from business expansion to People team initiatives to global finance compliance enhancements.Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.Rate: $70 - $80 / hr. w2Responsibilities:Serve as the subject matter expert working with various cross functional internal and external partners on problem solving and developing business process solutions to meet or exceed local SLA metrics, program, organizational goals and initiativesMaintain close partnership with local helplines as a tier two level support partner. Manage regional tier two support production queue, addressing production issues within SLA standardsSupport the Workforce Management GPO team in gathering and documenting business requirements, identifying possible solutions, testing of systems functionality, and leading implementation and process changeWorking closely with external vendors and various internal organizations, including HR, Legal, Benefits, Compensation, and technical teams on operational/support requiring the development of automated/systematic solutionsDevelop strong cross functional business partnerships which enable comprehensive, end-to-end solutionsCreating As Is and To Be Process, system configuration documentation and create/update business K-BaseCoordinating issue resolution for Hire to Retire core teams in payroll, compliance, legal and HR systemsExperience Requirements:Strong working knowledge and configuration experience with UKG Workforce Central 8.1+ Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, Attendance, AtteStation Tool Kit and WIM. UKG Pro WFM experience is a plusStrong problem solving and analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication and the ability to identify solutions according to changing business needsAbility to lead and multi-task across multiple global initiatives while working independently and collaboratively to work tickets and solutions on time, accurately in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentCapacity to connect with and engage cross-functional, multi-region partners and customers to achieve the desired resultsUnderstanding of the support lifecycle including configuration analysis, integration technical understanding, performing UAT, work with cross functional partners, and supporting warranty effortsExperience working with integrated HRIS systems like WorkDayAdditional Qualifications:Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgmentAbility to use critical thinking and logic skills to isolate and resolve technical issues in a timely mannerAbility to deliver timely and accurately in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentAbility to deal with ambiguity, work independently, be a self-starterFamiliarity with related HRIS and Finance enterprise systems a plusOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsEducation Requirements:5 to 10 years experiencing supporting Workforce Management Programs, specifically, UKG front end configuration and end user business processes.
