Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in litigation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings.
- Provide legal counsel on labor and employment law matters.
- Prepare and review legal documents, such as contracts, policies, and litigation materials.
- Develop case strategies and work closely with clients to resolve disputes.
- In-depth knowledge of labor and employment law.
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage a large caseload and meet deadlines.
- 5-8 years of experience practicing labor and employment law.
- Previous experience representing employers or employees in complex employment matters.
