If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a SAP AMS Delivery Manager - HYBRID to join our team in Spring, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).Day to Day job Duties:Overall delivery ownership for SAP AMS build & run engagementsSupport team Performance – Monitor SLAs and deliverables and coordinate with client and internal teams to ensure ongoing successful deliveryManage Delivery from Onsite & offshore SAP AMS teamShare weekly status reports with clientConduct governance meetings with client & present metricsSupport client in new initiatives/projects/proposalsAct as Single Point of Contact for the clientEnsure that support roster is documented and circulated at regular frequencyMonitor support processes and suggest/implement improvements as neededBasic Qualifications:Minimum 8+ years of working as an SAP Delivery experienceMinimum 3+ years of project management experienceMinimum 3+ years of experience managing deliveries in onshore/offshore modelMinimum 3+ years of client handling experience in management roleDegree: Bachelor’s in computer science or related fieldNice to Have; (But not a must)ITIL knowledge is strongly recommended.About NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
