You will collaborate with multi-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy highly scalable and fault tolerant services, applications and models that drive innovation and enhance efficiency in customer servicing space. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineer with expertise in Java, RDBMS/NoSQL and GCP to join our team.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop applications using Java, Vertx & Reactive framework for high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems that are highly available and performant.Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in AI/ML, Java, and Python development.CI/CD Implementation: Implement and manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes.Should have experience in troubleshooting, optimizing, solutioning and keeping up with evolving technologies as a leading member of the team.Work closely with product managers and collaborators to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Collaborate with software engineers to integrate OOTB services into existing servicing applications and ensure scalability and reliability.Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle. Write well designed, testable, efficient code.Participate in multi-functional team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge sharing activities to cultivate innovation and continuous improvement.Experience with Agile methodologies and practices.Qualifications & SkillsDegree or equivalent experience in Computer Science with 5+ years in experience.Proficiency in programming languages such as Java.Proven track record of developing API, services and ETL applications using Java, Vertx & Reactive framework.Experience in designing and building Micro services-based architecture for Real-time pipelines.Hands-on experience with Kafka.Good knowledge and hands-on experience in RDBMS and NoSQL databases such as Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra.Experience in Python scripting and AI/ML projects would be a great addition.Demonstrated ability in developing and hosting solutions on Google Cloud Platform- Google Cloud Storage, BigQuery, and Vertex AI.Experience using Google Speech-To-Text APIs and dealing with different audio formats is a plus.Knowledge of data security practices and regulations, focusing on securely handling Personally Identifiable Information (PII).Experience in designing applications with emphasis on server procurement, installation, and integrating security aspects like encryption.Skilled in identifying and resolving software and system issues.Ability to test, solve, and debug data processes.Ability to create scalable, reliable, and efficient solutions that meet business requirements.Commitment to staying updated with industry trends.Ability to optimally communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Salary Range:
$85,000.00 to $150,000.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
