TCL is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sr. Sales Manager to lead the expansion of our Digital Signage/Enterprise Solutions business in North America. This role is pivotal in driving growth by spearheading strategic sales initiatives and penetrating a new market for TCL North America. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with key clients, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, and ensuring the seamless delivery of our cutting-edge digital signage/enterprise solutions. As the Sr. Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of TCL’s digital signage/enterprise team, leveraging your expertise to position our solutions as the industry standard across diverse sectors such as retail, hospitality, transportation, education, and more.Duties may include but are not limited to:Identify new business opportunities and establish long-term relationships with enterprise clients across industries.Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for the digital signage/enterprise solutions team.Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with product development and market demand.Maintain a deep understanding of the digital signage/enterprise solutions market, including trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to executive leadership on progress and performance.Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company's digital signage/enterprise solutions and build networks.1. Experience in Digital Signage/Enterprise Solutions:At least 8+ years of experience in sales within the digital signage/enterprise solutions industry.Proven knowledge of digital signage solutions, commercial displays (LCD, LED), video walls, interactive displays, and related technologies.Familiarity with AV integration, content management systems (CMS), and signage hardware and software.2. Sales and Business Development Expertise:Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in digital signage & enterprise solutions business.Experience in building and managing strategic partnerships with key clients in industries such as retail, corporate, government, hospitality, transportation, healthcare, and education.Ability to develop sales strategies and implement business plans focused on revenue growth and market penetration.3. Industry Network and Client Relationships:Established relationships with enterprise-level customers, distributors, resellers, and system integrators within the digital signage/enterprise solutions industry.Ability to leverage a professional network to generate leads and new business opportunities.4. Technical Knowledge and Market Understanding:Solid understanding of market trends, technological advancements, and customer demands in commercial displays and signage systems.Familiarity with AV systems, display technologies, and project-based sales processes.Strong understanding of customer needs, including indoor/outdoor displays, video conferencing, interactive digital signage, and network-based display systems.5. Sales Process Management and Analytical Skills:Experience managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.Ability to develop and manage sales pipelines, forecast revenues, and provide detailed sales reports.Analytical mindset for tracking KPIs, evaluating performance, and refining strategies.Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software to update account information, manage opportunities, and oversee pipeline management.6. Negotiation and Communication Skills:Excellent negotiation skills for managing the bid process, RFP, and closing high-value deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.Strong communication and presentation abilities for interacting with C-suite executives and technical decision-makers.Preferred Requirements:Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI integration, interactive displays, and smart signage systems.Previous experience working with or selling to distributors, resellers, government, hotel, restaurants, transportation, education, or corporate sectors.Qualifications:8+ years of sales experience in digital signage & enterprise solutions, with a proven record of exceeding sales targets.Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to build, manage, and nurture key client relationships.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Deep understanding of the digital signage ecosystem, including hardware, software, and CMS (Content Management Solutions).Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.A “CAN DO” attitude which responds positively to new business development and challenges rather than finding reasons why something cannot be done.An intense desire/drive to “WIN”.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
