Must be able to work nights and weekends on occasion.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fieldCertification in payroll a plusMinimum three (3) years of Human Resources experienceExperience with Payroll required.Must have 3-5 years’ experience with directly handling employee relations matters including conflict resolution.Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration, and teamwork.Current working knowledge of applicable state and federal labor and employment lawsExcellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written & verbal)Must be able to communicate effectively in English.High level of confidentiality, discretion, and judgmentWorking knowledge of Human Resources Information SystemsStrong PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.Strong work ethic and team playerAbility to communicate with various levels of management in a professional manner.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or protected veteran status and will not be discriminated against on the basis of disability.
