As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Financial Analyst to provide financial analysis and ensure the long-term success of our organization.

Position Overview:

The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in shaping the financial future of FE Controls, reporting to the President and other senior leaders to drive profitability, scalability, and operational excellence. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial management, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management. This position will also lead efforts to optimize financial performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and support strategic initiatives that foster growth.

Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

Prepare and manage the company’s annual budget and periodic forecasts.

Perform variance analysis to compare actual results to forecasts, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.

Support long-term financial planning by developing and analyzing financial models.

Reporting & Data Analysis:

Prepare and distribute regular financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, including operational KPIs and financial metrics, to support decision-making.

Create financial dashboards and reports for senior management to monitor performance.

Cost Control & Operational Support:

Work with managers to track costs and identify areas for cost optimization.

Analyze project-based financial performance, including margin analysis, and assist in preparing financial reports for construction and automation projects.

Support pricing strategies, cost estimation, and financial evaluation of new projects or bids.

Risk Management & Compliance:

Assist with financial risk assessments by analyzing market trends, economic conditions, and company-specific financial risks.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and industry standards.

Support external audits by providing relevant financial documentation and analysis.

Stakeholder Relations:

Serve as a key point of contact for banks, investors, and financial institutions, fostering strong relationships.

Lead financial communications with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and business partners.

Support M&A activities and other corporate development initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;

Experience: 3+ years of experience in a financial analysis role, preferably in the construction, engineering, or industrial sectors.

  • Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax planning, and compliance frameworks.

  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
