1. Drafting and reviewing estate planning documents including wills, trusts, power of attorney, and healthcare directives.
2. Advising clients on estate planning strategies that will effectively meet their individual goals and needs.
3. Assisting clients with estate administration, including the probate process.
4. Providing guidance on business succession planning and wealth preservation strategies.
5. Handling complex cases involving business and individual estate plans.
Job Details
The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to the bar in Massachusetts.
3. A book of business where you can keep yourself busy for 2-3 days a week
4. Proven experience in drafting and reviewing estate planning documents.
5. Extensive knowledge of estate planning strategies, probate laws, and tax laws.
