ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of these essential functions at a satisfactorily level. Other essential and non-essential functions may be assigned. •Develop new skills and build professional relationships with friendly, experienced co-workers.
•Develop knowledge and understanding around key initiatives and priorities.
•Learn how internal teams work together to assist our largest customers.
•Research ways to help manage team member experience and tracking of team member feedback.
•Gain an understanding of internal feedback loops, development programs and identify areas for improvement.
•Provide recommendations based on findings and knowledge gained.
•Foster analytical skills to drive impact on overall business objectives.
•Find insights and trends in team member feedback.
•Develop, manage, and execute specific projects with defined deliverables.
•Deliver an end-of-project presentation to the DRB senior leadership team.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
A rising Sophomore - Senior level student pursuing a degree in Business, Organizational Development, Project Management, or related field.Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.Strong Excel skills.Excellent communicator with a positive, self-starter attitude.Desire to learn new things.Available to work onsite in Green, OH. (potential hybrid option)Hybrid role is Monday through Friday, 40 hours per weekStrong analytical and problem-solving ability
