Your Role: Project Scheduler

As an Project Scheduler at Ampirical, you'll be a key player in developing, maintaining, and communicating resource-loaded schedules for a variety of projects. You'll also contribute to proposal and system process development, helping ensure every project runs smoothly and efficiently.

Competitive salary

range:

$65,000 - $105,000

, depending on experience, education, and qualifications

Sign-on Bonus!

Profit-Sharing Bonuses:

Semi-annual bonuses ranging from 3.5% to 11.5% of your annual salary, depending on company profits

Who You Are:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred with 5+ years of experience in planning/scheduling for EPC projects

Technical Skills:

Expertise in modern scheduling tools, especially Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel; Primavera and PMI Scheduling Professional certifications preferred

Industry Knowledge:

Utility experience is strongly preferred

Communication:

Able to work effectively with clients, vendors, and project teams to ensure schedules are accurate and projects are on track

Your Responsibilities:

Create, monitor, and update integrated project schedules to ensure efficiency in both time and cost.

Prepare baseline schedules for project team approval and ensure they are regularly reviewed and updated.

Monitor critical path activities, report deviations, and recommend corrective actions.

Analyze schedules from multiple sources to ensure project integrity and make sure all sequences are optimized for constructability.

Lead project scheduling meetings and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure schedules meet company standards and client needs.

Document project “lessons learned” to enhance future scheduling efficiency.
