Job Summary
Assist with proposal development, bid submissions, proposal mining, and marketing research. Input data and manage CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools and programs. Support sales and marketing staff with general administrative tasks.

. Below are some highlights. The salary range for this position is starting at $23 per hour - commensurate depending on relevant experience, education, and qualifications. We also offer semi-annual profit-sharing bonuses based on company profits to share in the mutual success! In the past, these have ranges between 3.5% - 11.5% of annual salary.

Associate Degree preferred
Excellent communication skills
Excellent customer service skills

Excellent MS Office skills especially with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Previous CRM experience is essential, Deltek Vantage point a plus.
CRM experience preferred, Deltek Vantage point a plus.
Previous experience and/or familiar with the Utility market sector including IOUs, Municipal, and Cooperative Clients a plus
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with proposal development and bid submissions including completion of forms, resumes, statement of qualification responses, etc.
Manage CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools and programs.
Perform market research and proposal mining activities.
Interacts with clients via email, phone or in person.
Limited travel (less than 10%) to support trade shows, conferences, and other industry events
