Job Summary
The compensation and benefits analyst is responsible for supporting the daily administration of the benefits and compensation programs. This role involves the administration of compensation plans, conducting market evaluations, supporting benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with legal standards. They support the development of new or enhanced benefit programs and aid team members with benefit plan or claims questions via the dedicated mailbox.

Support the development of base, incentive, and equity compensation plans to attract and retain top talent.Support the annual merit compensation cycle, including the creation of customized communication statements.Creates and analyzes job descriptions and wage classifications.Conducts salary and labor market research and analysis to define best practice trends.Supports all internal and external audits related to benefits by providing records and documentation to auditors or internal corporate functions.Processes salary changes, promotions, and related job changes.Coordinate the salary survey process by recommending surveys, preparing participation materials, submitting data, and identifying gaps for additional survey data.Maintain and update compensation structures and wage grades, ensuring alignment with market and internal data.Maintain compensation structures in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.Resolve team member issues with benefits administrators and insurance providers.Provide new hires with explanations of benefits and instruct them on enrollment and fulfillment procedures; assist team members through the open enrollment process annually.Provide consulting and day-to-day compensation and benefit support to People and Culture team and business leaders across the organization.Required Qualifications
An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
High school diplomaMinimum two years of benefits and compensation experienceBachelor's degree in human resources, or a related field preferredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA's)
A representation of the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform this job competently.
Ability to think strategically, with strong analytic skills.Deep understanding of compensation and benefits practices including regulatory environments.Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.Advanced skill level required in Microsoft Excel.Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in parallel to the conclusion.Experience with computerized HRIS systems and software applications with strong reporting and analytics capabilities.Work Environment
