• Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages
• Administer health and life insurance programs for employees
• Handling workers compensation
• Implement training programs
• Plan annual performance reviews for hiring manager
• Inform employees about any new benefits they are eligible for
• On-boarding and orientations for new hires
• Maintain detailed job descriptions with correct salary

Requirements for the Human Resources Generalist:

• Previous HR experience
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but not required
