Manage and take primary responsibility for criminal cases assigned within different jurisdictions.Conduct trials, depositions, and evidentiary hearings.Meet with clients to discuss case details, discovery, and negotiate plea agreements.Communicate and collaborate with prosecutors, judges, and court representatives.Attend docket calls in state and municipal courts.Perform legal research, prepare case documents, and develop case strategies.Handle consultations with potential clients and assist in signing them on as clients.Participate in legal proceedings, conduct legal analysis, and provide expert legal advice.Work closely with the Client Care Team to ensure that clients are informed about their case status.Maintain organized case files, ensuring updated information is accessible to legal staff.Requirements:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Licensed to practice law in the state of Missouri.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple case files and handle courtroom litigation.Strong oral and written communication skills.Proficiency in legal technology, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and other legal software.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative legal team.Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited institution.Certifications:

Active license to practice law in Missouri.Illinois license preferred but not required.Skills:

Excellent courtroom advocacy and negotiation abilities.Proficient in legal research and case preparation.Ability to manage client relationships with professionalism and empathy.Strong technology skills, including legal databases and software.Effective time management and problem-solving capabilities.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.Location:
