Strong pipeline in mission critical/data center sectorsOpportunities to move into a leadership position quicklyAbout Our ClientMy client is a growing general contractor with a strong backlog of work with a track record that has allowed them to expand their client base to encompass many well-known names. They are at about $150 million in annual revenue currently and are aiming to get to $200M in the next 1-2 years. They specialize in design-build work and assist their clients through all stages of the construction process. They have a strong emphasis on the industrial space, namely data center/mission critical work. They also have close partnerships in the healthcare sector which has given them a steady workload in that arena as well. They are currently participating in multiple large-scale joint ventures that will be in the Midwest region as well as the South East. This role will require frequent travel to visit job sites or meet with clients.Job DescriptionManage and oversee all phases of mission critical/data center construction projects from initiation to completion.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.Ensure compliance with all local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.Identify and address potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular project updates and addressing their concerns.Lead a team of project professionals, including project engineers and coordinators.Foster a culture of safety, quality, and innovation within the project team.Travel to the job sites frequently
