with a focus on securities law and capital markets transactions to join a respected law firm’s Business Practice. This partner-level role provides the opportunity to handle sophisticated transactions and work closely with top-tier clients in diverse industry sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise on public offerings, securities regulation, and corporate governanceCounsel clients on public company reporting obligations, public securities offerings, and SEC complianceEngage in debt and equity market transactions and manage complex corporate governance mattersCollaborate with attorneys across the firm’s six offices to deliver high-quality client serviceQualificationsJD from an ABA-accredited law school
and license to practice law7+ years
in securities law, capital markets transactions, and related areasEstablished book of business requiredStrong academic background with excellent analytical and writing skillsClient-centered approach with exceptional communication skillsAbility to manage responsibilities independently and as part of a diverse teamCompensation & BenefitsSalary Range : $200,000 - $325,000 annually (based on experience and location)Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer contributions, disability and life insurance, parental leave, commuter allowance, billable credit hours for DEI and pro bono work, annual bonus, and more.Work Location : In person
