Reporting to the Senior Seller Success Specialist, you will have a direct impact on the growth and performance of SHEIN's US sellers on the SHEIN Marketplace.Job ResponsibilitiesAccount Management:

Develop and manage relationships with early-stage US sellers on the SHEIN Marketplace platform. Support sellers with product listings and pricing, ensuring their performance metrics align with SHEIN's requirements.Sales Growth:

Drive growth by identifying new product opportunities, supporting and executing targeted marketing campaigns, and optimizing product listings. Proactively identify areas for growth and implement strategies to increase seller sales.Cross-functional Collaboration:

Partner with internal teams such as operations, product, marketing, and finance to support the success of US sellers on the SHEIN Marketplace. Collaborate on initiatives to enhance seller experience and drive sales growth.Data Analysis:

Leverage dashboards and other internal tools to analyze trends on the marketplace. Use insights to make data-driven recommendations that help sellers improve their offerings and marketing strategies.Customer Service Management:

Ensure seller inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and satisfactorily. Advocate for sellers/customers by understanding their potential and existing needs.Job Requirements2-4+ years of account management or relevant experience in e-commerce.Proficiency with Excel and/or other business analytic tools.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Comfortable working through ambiguity.Nice to haveBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Pay$72,000.00 min - $87,648.00 max annually.
