A growing personal injury law firm in Seattle is seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join their team. This role involves managing a caseload from intake through trial, with a focus on securing justice and compensation for clients. The ideal candidate is passionate about client advocacy, possesses excellent litigation skills, and has a proven track record in personal injury law.Location:Seattle, WADuties:Draft, review, and modify legal documents, including motions, discovery responses, demand letters, and pleadings.Conduct client interviews and gather information from witnesses, medical providers, and insurance adjusters.Manage and delegate tasks to a team of paralegals, legal assistants, and case managers.Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and depositions.Conduct legal research and collect evidence, such as insurance policies, medical records, and other case-relevant documentation.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of personal injury litigation or trial experience.Strong drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills.Proficient in legal research and case management software.Ability to handle a high-volume caseload with attention to detail and organization.Education:Juris Doctorate (JD)Certifications:Active license to practice law in the state of Washington.Membership in the State Bar Association.Skills:Excellent interpersonal skills for client and witness interviews.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Proficient in computer skills, with experience in legal software.Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are a plus but not required.Supportive, collaborative work environment focused on professional growth.Active participation in community engagement and giving back to the local community.
