We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50+ labs throughout the country. Our team is growing, and we are hiring a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX National Dentex - Twin Dental Lab in Falcon Heights, MN for a Senior IT Systems Administrator.
The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

This position is onsite with the IT team at our Minneapolis/St. Paul location
Job Duties
Provide hands-on system and network administration, support and enforcement of IT Security controls and practices
Execute against the defined priorities and deliver key projects on-time and on-budget
Maintain constant communication with the business to anticipate changes in priorities and adjust work accordingly
Develop and enforce a sound IT general controls environment through the development of, and training on, organizational-wide policies and procedures

Build and maintain key vendor relationships
Provide in-person and remote Level 2/Level 3 support to end-users on a variety of issues.
Drive continuous improvement of efficiency and accuracy through the use of technology and expansion of service management tools to automate and digitize existing manual business processes

Qualifications
Required: 7+ years of progressive work experience in IT support and administration
Required: Strong background in IT general controls including IT security and change management
Required: Progressive experience supporting a cloud-based or hybrid Microsoft-based environment including email (Exchange / O365), Laptops/Desktops (Windows 10/11), Windows Servers, and corresponding systems
Required: Experience with imaging systems utilizing automation and tools like SCCM, Intune or similar
Required: Experience with endpoint management solutions, AntiVirus systems and other monitoring tools and platforms used in maintaining a consistent and secure user environment
Required: Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative spirit with co-workers
Required: Superior change management skills and ability to follow process, document changes, plan for rollback and successfully navigate broad-impacting system changes
Required: Ability to work with a degree of autonomy and to independently lead tasks and projects along with the ability to remain flexible based upon changing priorities
Required: Demonstrated excellence supporting complex and distributed infrastructure environments including:
Distributed directory services
Distributed print and file services
WAN (MPLS) and LAN administration
Enterprise-wide anti-spam and anti-virus solutions
Distributed firewall solutions
Virtualization technologies
Enterprise SAN
Corporate intranet experience
Enterprise backup technologies
Database technologies
Management of multiple data centers (primary/secondary/cloud/hybrid)
Remote access and VPN technologies
Required: Demonstrated ability to work with vendors through selection, negotiation, implementation, production support, and separation
Required: Bachelors Degree
Preferred: Experience working with, implementing and administering Privileged Access Management and Privileged Identity Management solutions
Preferred: Exposure to and experience implementing and supporting IT Security controls via GPO / Group Policy, Security Groups within AD, use of other IT Security solutions
Preferred: IT Security experience and any associated certification (CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CISM, etc.)
Preferred: Experience with networking concepts in a Cisco environment, SD-WAN and firewall administration.
Preferred: Experience administering backup and disaster recovery solutions
Preferred: Exposure to or experience with Mobile Device Management
Preferred: Healthcare or dental industry experience
Preferred: Experience with manufacturing processes
Preferred: Experience working in a regulated industry
