plays a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of cannabis production, including prerolls, packaged flower, and infused prerolls. This individual must have a strong understanding of Michigans
Cannabis Regulatory Agency (CRA)
compliance requirements and be proficient with
METRC
for tracking and reporting. In addition, the role requires expertise in lean manufacturing, MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems, and deep knowledge of both cannabis and food-grade equipment.
