This position
is responsible for
the planning, implementation, management, and oversight of all financial activities, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and negotiations. The role involves directing financial operations to ensure
optimal
accountability and return on investments, while
maintaining
a broad strategic perspective. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) manages the organizations financial affairs, including procurement, investments, and prepares financial analyses and statements for review by the Board of Directors and Executive Management. All responsibilities are to be performed
in accordance with
the policies and procedures of
the organization
The CFO serves as a public relations ambassador for
the
Enterprise and is expected to
maintain
courteous and professional interactions with customers. Other related duties may be assigned by management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Execute the financial strategy
Establish credibility within the organization and with the Board as a solution-oriented leader.
Delegate authority for the management of funds, including receipt, disbursement, and banking.
Analyze financial progress and records to forecast future financial positions and budget needs.
Apply accounting principles to evaluate past and present financial
operations and
estimate future revenues and expenditures.
Coordinate the budgetary process across the Enterprises, conferring with managerial staff to review activity, sales, and operating reports.
Establish,
modify
, and oversee accounting control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Direct the efforts of the Controller and team to execute directives.
Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, for review by Executive Management

Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring that auditors' recommendations are implemented.
Prepare tax returns and reports for regulatory agencies and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Monitor and recommend adjustments to company investments and lines of credit.
Submit monthly and year-end financial reports to the
Board,
providing explanations as needed.
Study long-term economic trends and project company prospects for future growth and expansion.
