In this role, you will partner with business, technical, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure the implementation of industry and business data standards for healthcare payer client data operations. You will lead cross-organizational efforts to ensure data is fit for organizational use, driving improvements in data quality and governance.Top Skills and Ideal Candidate Background:5+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management, and Data Quality practicesStrong knowledge of healthcare payer data products and client data standardsProficiency in data analysis and governance tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau)Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and engage stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and project management skills is a plusDay to Day:Collaborate with enterprise and business data stewards to align data standards and share best practicesDocument, define, and manage data standards and assets, including Critical Data Elements (CDEs) and business rulesAssess and monitor data quality metrics, analyze trends, and promote remediation effortsDefine metrics to gauge the health and quality of data across enterprise systemsIdentify and recommend business process improvements for efficiencyProvide consultative stewardship services for delivery and issue resolution teamsEngage with business owners to ensure the efficient flow of data and adherence to data governance practices
