Information ServicesReq #: 544SummarySummary:The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (BIA) role is responsible for identifying business intelligence, reporting, and data analytic needs by working closely with customers to help translate business information needs into deliverable requirements and technical specifications to make sound business decisions. This role leads/mentors team members, manages small projects, designs analytics solutions and creates documentation.Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management or specialized training/certification in business analytics or equivalent work experience required. Master's Degree preferred. . 2. License/Certifications: EPIC Cogito and Clarity Data Model Certifications or proficiencies preferred; completion required within 90 days of start date. 3. Experience: Seven years of business analysis, data analysis, and working with analytic software suites or related technical experience required. Four years of analysis and design experience preferred. Healthcare experience preferred. 4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A 5.
