Professional - NonclinicalReq #: 8608Summary:The Labor Analyst role is responsible for the oversight, implementation and administration of the internal and external benchmarking systems including the establishment of units of service, collaborating with clinical leadership to understand all job codes and monitoring all charges from the EMR and other billing systems. Serves as the primary lead on analyzing financial information to support strategic decisions and operation improvement and is responsible for providing information to assist senior leadership in making financial, operational or labor decisions.Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related required. Master's Degree preferred.2. License/Certifications: CPA, CHFP or other Certification preferred.3. Experience: Two years of experience in financial planning, preferably in healthcare required. Experience with EPIC charging data, OR patient logs and productivity systems preferred. Experience in payroll systems and financial planning software as well as report writing procedures and practices required.4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A5.
