The Senior System Integration Engineer, APAC will be responsible for systems integration activities through all phases of development of a complex medical robotic system. This engineer will act as a liaison between the U.S. and APAC sites to ensure system uptime through training, troubleshooting, and system management. This individual will also support system design changes, new part qualification, verification, and complaint investigation. We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills, self-motivation, and a passion to expand Noah’s global footprint.
A Day In The Life Of Our Sr. System Integration Engineer, APAC
  • Develop a deep understanding of the robotic system and subsystems
  • Support specific System Integration (SI) team deliverables to establish SI processes/functions in the APAC office
  • Train and guide APAC teams on system troubleshooting, installation, repair and upgrade
  • Ensure system uptime at Noah APAC sites
  • Travel to APAC locations to support animal labs, clinical trials, and regulatory testing
  • Support the execution of system test cases, results analysis, and reports generation
  • Conduct root cause analysis for issues in design and manufacturing
  • Own documentation of all changes through the PLM system
  • Work collaboratively and efficiently in a fast paced start-up environment with minimal supervision and guidance
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s degree preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in the medical device industry
  • Strong technical experience and aptitude
  • Ability to effectively communicate concepts, ideas, and knowledge to other individuals and teams
  • Experience with system/electrical troubleshooting, be detail-oriented and willing to find the root causes of issues with good engineering practice
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin (fluent in both)
  • Experience with mentoring engineers to allow them to work independently
  • Demonstrated basic project management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for quality and continuous improvement
  • Ability to travel domestically or internationally up to 50% of the time
