The System Integration Engineer will be responsible for systems integration activities through all phases of development of a complex medical robotic system. This engineer will be responsible for providing lab and onsite field support, troubleshooting, conducting root cause investigation of issues in design and manufacturing and investigating customer complaints. We are looking for a candidate who enjoys and thrives working in a fast paced start-up environment and is ambitious, self-motivated, curious and passionate about revolutionizing the world of medical robotics A Day In The Life Of Our System Integration Engineer Develop a comprehensive understanding of the entire robotic system and its subsystems Conduct thorough root cause investigations of issues in design and manufacturing Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and improvements Perform debugging and root cause analysis for complex SW and HW integration problems Provide onsite support and troubleshooting Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner Develop and maintain documentation and verification protocols Work collaboratively and efficiently in a fast paced start-up environment with minimal supervision and guidance About You 0 to 5 years of experience in integrating and troubleshooting complex electromechanical or robotics systems Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or related engineering disciplines; Masters degree preferred Experience with electrical troubleshooting Be detail-oriented and able to find the root cause of issues with good engineering practice Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for quality and continuous improvement Willingness to travel domestically or internationally up to 20% of the time Benefits & Perks (For Full Time Employees) Competitive Salary Comprehensive health insurance including Medical, Dental and Vision HSA and FSA options Equity & Bonus Program Life Insurance (company paid & supplemental) and Disability insurance Mental health support through medical insurance programs Legal and Pet Insurance 12 paid holidays, 15-20 days of PTO use-what-you-need sick days Paid parental leave In-office snacks and beverages In-office lunch stipend Learning & Development Opportunities: On-demand online training and book reimbursement Team building and company organized social and celebration events Noah Medical may offer remote, hybrid, or onsite work arrangements within the state of California depending on the specific team and/or role where applicable.
