Job Title: Production Assembler Job Description Candidates will be building and upfitting custom industrial/commercial equipment for customers. They will be expected to read drawings and follow assembly instructions. The role involves attaching parts onto the crawlers, which can be repetitive at times. Documentation of the work being done to ensure deadlines are met is also required. Responsibilities Build and unfit custom industrial equipment according to customer specifications Read and interpret drawings and assembly instructions Attach parts to crawlers in a repetitive manner Document work to ensure deadlines are met Essential Skills Assembly Hand tool usage Production experience Mechanical skills Mechanical assembly Blueprint reading Power tool usage Pneumatics Hydraulics Schematic understanding Electrical and wiring knowledge Additional Skills & Qualifications 1-3 years of mechanical, automotive, or assembly experience Ability to think independently, problem-solve, and be flexible Ability to work as part of a team or independently Positive attitude and eagerness to learn Ability to provide your own basic hand tools Why Work Here? The standard shift is from 6am to 2:30pm, but candidates must be flexible to work from 5am to 3:30pm with the possibility of 1 hour of overtime each day.
