Primary Purpose and Function:
Working as a member of the Sales team, the
Enterprise
Account Executive will play a critical role in driving new logo sales. You will need to master the fundamentals of a unified child management system in the early childhood space. We are seeking a candidate who has an engaging, entrepreneurial personality and professional approach that will enable you to connect with prospective customers, evaluate their needs and communicate how our platform will improve their business.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Proven track record of working complex sales cycles closing contracts which are six figures +.
Prior experience within early childhood or education technology solutions is desirable but not essential.
The enterprise account executive will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to demonstrating the platform to closing the sale.
Experience working sales cycles which take 6-9 months.
Willing to travel to annual conferences and on-site prospective meetings.
Sales ready (demo certified; buyer journey understood and demonstrated) within 30-days.
Mastering the product – be able to speak at shows, take inbound calls, present to large groups.
Becoming known in the industry as an expert solutions consultant.
Connecting with prospects/customers in your territory both with CS assistance and cross selling existing solutions.
Achieving new business closing goals consistently month over month.
Knowledge and Skill:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or business with 5 years + of sales or business development experience in a technology environment.
A self-starter with a hunter sales mentality – experience building new logo pipeline.

Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce.com).
Proven ability to build relationships with prospects and internal teams
Demonstrates team-building style and has experience operating in a shared services model with proven ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines when necessary
Demonstrates inventiveness in leveraging resources and managing by influence
Demonstrated strong organizational skills and ability to meet high standards for quality and accuracy.
Strong decision-making, problem-solving and leadership skills.
Results-oriented self-starter with ability to work independently.
Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities.
Ability to execute quickly and with high-quality precision.
