This job will spend time in hospital operating rooms, surgery centers, and physician offices.This role is an entry level position to gain access into a medical device surgical sales environment.What do you need to succeed in surgical sales at Bioventus? Key Responsibilities

Develops and maintains product knowledge of BGS and Ultrasonic productsProvides case coverage for assigned accountsIdentifies upsell/cross sell opportunities and collaborates with TMs to expand accountsAssigned quota based on territory alignment and expected to consistently meet and exceed assigned quotaAssist in Coverage of Local MeetingsJob Requirements

BA/BS degree;Preference will be given to candidates with a background in nursing, surgical technology, paramedic experience, or B2B salesMedical sales and previous hands-on anatomy lab experience is a plusMust have a valid driver's license in one of the 50 United States is requiredExceptional customer service skills, interpersonal and communication skill including proper phone etiquetteComputer skills - Microsoft Word, ExcelHighly detail oriented with an emphasis on accuracyMaintains an attitude of responsibility, ownership, and accountabilityStrong sense of decision making, sound judgement and critical thinkingMotivated and able to work independently within a fast paced, team environmentAre you the top talent we are looking for?Apply now!
