Insight Global is on the lookout for a talented BI Report Developer to join our dynamic Information Systems team. This on-site role is pivotal in designing, developing, and supporting essential business intelligence reports that drive our mission forward.
Key Responsibilities:Collaborate & Gather: Engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to capture and document reporting needs.Design & Develop: Craft real-time interactive reports and dashboards using your deep knowledge of BI tools and database structures.Legacy to Modern: Convert existing reports to sleek Microsoft Power BI solutions.Support & Transition: Ensure seamless handover of developed reports to the Support team and provide ongoing assistance.Best Practices: Implement top-notch configuration management, change controls, and technology guidelines.Training & Assistance: Offer technical support and cross-training to team members, and help ugenerate ad-hoc reports.Analytics & Performance: Design, test, and deploy Power BI scripts, perform detailed analytics, and continuously seek performance improvements.

$60,000 - $90,000 annual salary

Required Skills & Experience
Qualifications:Experience: Proven experience as a Power BI Administrator.Education: BS in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.Skills:Mastery of logical and physical data modeling (relational and dimensional).Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel for data analysis.Familiarity with BI technologies like Microsoft Power BI and Tableau.Proficiency in SQL queries, SSRS, and SSIS.Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Programming/scripting experience and knowledge of the software development life cycle are a plus.Ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.Stellar customer service skills.
