Power BI Analyst

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Power BI Analyst to join a large manufacturing client in the Cleveland Area. As a Power BI Report Server / Data Analyst your responsibilities will include but not limited to:-Collaborate with quality, and operations teams to gather and understand business requirements.-Design, develop, and maintain Power BI Report Server reports and dashboards to support business needs.-Build and optimize data models to ensure efficient data retrieval and analysis.-Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business improvements.-Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports and dashboards.-Provide training and support to end-uon Power BI tools and reports.-Work closely with IT and other departments to integrate data from various sources.

Required Skills & Experience-Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.-Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or Data Analyst, preferably in the manufacturing industry.-Strong proficiency in Power BI Report Server and Power BI Desktop.-Experience in gathering requirements, designing reports, and building data models.-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.-Strong communication and collaboration skills.-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
