Aurorium is committed to operating at the highest levels of manufacturing consistency, quality control, and safety.Description The Production Manager position is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operation of a production unit in a way that emphasizes safety, environmental performance, quality, schedule execution, and that is focused on people development and assuring continuous improvement.Job Details

Role Specific Responsibilities:Actively work on building highly effective Production teams through team building, clear communication cadence and provide ongoing coaching and training.Supervises skilled direct labor employees and provides development of team members including training, development planning, coaching, conducting performance reviews, implementing improvement plans, etc.Leads emergency response activitiesHelps manage the site hazardous/non-hazardous waste in coordination with EHSRecords employees' attendance and hours worked in the Aurorium payroll systemGenerates ideas and implement changes in processes and use of equipment to increase efficiency, improve safety and quality, and reduce costsSchedules, assigns, and manages the daily activities to achieve production goalsActs as liaison with other functional areas throughout the facilityMonitors inventory control processes and makes adjustment to stay within production schedule, budgets and established targetsAssists in maintenance of various production equipmentMaintains all Aurorium Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)Completes other project work as necessary to support safe, efficient and productive operationsWorks closely with other departments to uphold and implement the company's goalsCollaborates with Engineering and Quality teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production problemsMaintains outstanding housekeeping and 5SWrites maintenance work orders to repair equipment when neededEnsures product integrity by taking action to correct abnormal situations which affect product qualityEnters SAP production dataSupports, participates in, and sometimes leads root cause investigation of incidentsCompletes other project work as necessary to support efficient operationsCompliance:
