What you will do:
* You will be based out of the New Iberia, LA service center* Ensure excellent customer service through on time delivery, project coordination, and Local Freight Recovery* Coach and mentor a regional logistics team including transport and Equipment schedulers* Manage a high level of visibility of fleet status for all Aggreko assets* Support service center managers, operations, and sales daily* Apply knowledge of Logistics processes and Systems to troubleshoot issues
We're experts, which means you'll have the following skills and experience:
* Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent years of experience* 5-7 years of leadership experience preferred managing both exempt and Non-exempt team members* Must have Transportation management (TMS) and project coordination experience* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Able to travel up to 50% of the time
