Required Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesTeam members who are most successful in this role typically have 3-5 years of direct response experience (direct mail or digital, production or account management)

Demonstrated project management skillsBasic copywriting/editing knowledgeStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detailHighly self-motivatedFlexibleStrong communication skills in both written and oral with the ability to effectively present information, respond and follow-up on questions and inquiries from clients and colleaguesProficiency in MS Office – particularly Excel
