Overview
Job PurposeICE Bonds is a leading provider of electronic fixed income trading solutions that provides firms with access to centralized liquidity and automated, cost-efficient trade execution services. Comprised of three leading fixed income electronic trading platforms, ICE Bonds allows clients to view and execute transactions in a broad array of fixed income products.We have an exciting opportunity for a fixed income professional to join ICE Bonds to support the continued expansion of our products into the Sell-Side Dealer Community.ResponsibilitiesProspect, onboard, and engage Institutional Buyside accounts across trading, sales, technology and business functionsDrive consistent usage of ICE Bonds platforms and generate transactional activity on platformsBuild and maintain strong relationships with Institutional Buyside contacts including senior managementProvide strategic feedback to Sales & Product management based on client responseConduct comprehensive periodic performance reviews to optimize trading activityUnderstand buyside client front office workflows and ICE front-office solutions to identify cross-selling opportunitiesEducate buyside clients about new workflows, protocols and enhancements, and manage technical project timelines to advance platform integrationsKnowledge and Experience7+ years of experience with and / or knowledge of Electronic Fixed Income Trading7+ years of sales experience covering buyside firmsDemonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships at all levels, including senior leadershipStrong prospecting/ new business sales experienceStrong knowledge of Corporate and/or Municipal Bond MarketComprehensive understanding of fixed income market structure, electronic trading, and supporting order management and execution technologiesStrong understanding of buyside client workflows, technology and electronic trading providersExcellent communication and client service skillsHighly motivated multi-tasking collaboratorCandidates must be prepared to travel 30%Bachelor's degree requiredSeries 7 requiredSeries 63 preferredScheduleThis role offers work from home flexibility of up to 1 day per week.New York Base Salary RangeThe expected base salary for this role if located in New York City is between 180,000 - 220,000 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange's incentive compensation.
