Over the course of10-12 weeks, a Poultry Production Intern, you'll work in our processing plant located in Raeford, NC. You'll dive into daily plant operations, tackle industry challenges, and contribute to process improvements.

The program's primary objective is to grow future leaders by providing professional developmentand aseries of assignments that aligns with professional interest within the processing and manufacturing industry.

What you'll do:Master the ins and outs of food production.Collaborate with our team to optimize processes.Contribute to quality assurance and food safety.Develop your leadership skills by guiding and mentoring our first-line employees.

Think you have what it takes to make a delicious difference?Pursuing a Bachelors, Master or PhD in Agri-Business, Animal Science, Food Science, Meat Science, Ag Leadership or related field with an expected graduation date of December 2025 through June 2026All participants in this program are required to have a valid drivers' license and reliable transportation to and from work.Demonstrated participation in extracurricular activityDemonstrated involvement on-campusPrevious work experience of any kind
