Specific shifts are October 21, 22, 24, 25, 28, 29, 21, November 1, 4, 5, 7, 8, 22, 26, 28, 29, December 6, 10, 23, 26, 27. Hours are 8:00am - 6:00pm with a 30-minute break. Provider will see adults for primary care and acute care in employer sponsored on-site health clinic. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
