Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant for a contract to hire role with our client in Cincinnati, OH. This position offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $23 to $26 and is a 1st shift role. Our client is a non profit in the area. Looking for a highly organized and detailed individual.
Key Responsibilities:Provide high-level administrative support to C-suite executives.
Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Coordinate and organize executive-level meetings and events.
Assist with special projects as needed.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an administrative assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
High level of professionalism and discretion.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
