Job Description:Release Management, Planning: Finalize the scope, timelines for each release across the applications and publish a detailed calendar for a quarter / half year / full yearScheduling:- Creating a detailed development, testing, and deployment schedule.Controlling:- Make sure all the releases are on track along with regular review of the progress.Testing:- Tracking the testing the changes across various environments and providing signoff in each of those.Deployment:- Actual production rollout using deployment management strategies to minimize disruption.Managing: Oversee the release, monitor and communicate to all the stakeholders
