As our next Database Management Specialist, you will play an integral role in the management of our vegetation management software through providing excellent customer service for both internal and external customers.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Manage client database program(s) including receiving downloads of data from field personnel, transferring data in various computer programs, generating and closing work requests, creating pre-load files, tracking refusals and tags/help ticketsCreate and maintain all circuit files and run statistical reports for managementProvide high level of exceptional customer support of end usersMaintain Mobile Asset Database (ITNow or equivalent) which tracks Personnel, issued Equipment and Accessories for iOS mobile devicesMaintain, activate, troubleshoot wireless cellular accounts on iOS mobile devicesGeneral support, troubleshooting and assistance for iOS mobile devicesProvide IT Solutions information users and iOS mobile devicesAssist with onboarding, offboarding and transfer of employeesFacilitate the completion of timely and accurate reportsCoordinate and prioritizing circuit field work schedulingProduction of maps, manifests, and various reports for planner contractorsAnalysis of the database for quality assurance and data integrityTechnical support for field personnel, foresters, planners, and office staffMeet with client to outline and implement data collection/reporting changesAbility to plan, organize and coordinate multiple projects while effectively working with employees across departmental lines and external contactsPerform other duties as related or assignedJOB REQUIREMENTS:
Prior administrative assistance with support of data, databases, and Support DeskValid driver's license with a good driving record is requiredTwo or four-year degree in a related field is preferredAbility to work independently and as a part of a teamStrong verbal and written communications skillsExcellent customer service skillsExperience in office management preferredExperience with technical writing and report generatingExperience with Microsoft Office and data collection software (GIS experience a plus
