We are currently seeking an HR Generalist to join us in supporting our growing Mesa, AZ location.
ResponsibilitiesPartners with management to ensure the development of a strong culture reflective of SV's values and visionWorks with departmental managers to understand and identify specific talent needs and priorities and recruits qualified candidatesPlans, organizes and participates in college campus and other job fairsManages onboarding and orientation process for new employeesImplements and coordinates employee engagement and recognition programsHandles inquiries from applicants, employees and management, referring complex matters to the appropriate staffEffectively and fairly handles employee relations issues, consistent with all applicable labor laws and the company's values; researches employee problems and recommends, develops and implements solutionKeeps abreast of all federal and state laws that affect human resources management and complies with legal and regulatory reporting requirementsUtilizes technology and creative problem solving to streamline workAssists with other department functions or projects as assigned/requiredCollaborates and communicates with the main HR office in West Palm Beach, FLRequirements
