Administrative Assistant

you will:

A successful candidate should be able to:Successful candidate will provide administrative support the Constellation, Management, and Control (CMC) program area under Space Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (S-ISR) including director, senior managers and program teams.The candidate will report directly to the CMC Deputy Program Manager.Responsibilities include office operations, maintaining calendars, answering telephones, and cross team coordination.In addition, this position will be responsible for composing reports, correspondence, and memorandums, and reviewing finished reports and documents for appropriate markings, spelling, and grammar.The successful candidate will also assist in various special tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the program areas.This is a

The ideal candidate will have:

Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a Poly

Required Skills

Current TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a Poly. Clearance will need to be maintained while in role.Coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements and complete expense reportsDemonstrated experience and discretion with handling confidential, sensitive and non-routine informationA minimum of six (6) years professional administrative experienceDemonstrated excellence with Microsoft office suite tools, with a focus on strong MS PowerPoint and MS Excel skillsDetail oriented, efficient and able to project a courteous and professional demeanor and attitude.Demonstrated experience planning and organizing schedules and eventsDemonstrated experience supporting a senior leader in a large organizationDemonstrated experience interacting with senior levels of leadership effectivelyDemonstrated experience handling multiple tasks concurrentlyInput data into various company systems and applicationsGenerate charts, tables, memoranda, reports, correspondence and other materials with speed and accuracyInterface with senior level external and internal customers, as well as the executive support staffCalendar Management, meeting schedule and coordination with internal and external customersStatus action items ensuring deadlines are metPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Experience with WEBTE and other Client's online administrative toolsAssisting with the preparation of customer level and internal management reports and presentationsSelf-starter with initiative and independent judgmentSuccess in a time sensitive environment with performance deadlinesWillingness to learn new skills and work within a changing, dynamic environmentQualified Six Sigma Specialist Possess professional presence and phone/reception skillsDemonstrated excellent verbal and written communications skillsDemonstrated ability to prioritize work within a multitasking environment and stay on top of task deadlines and due datesGood judgment and take initiative to complete tasks in a self-directing mannerEducation Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent with 6+ year's applicable experience in Administrative Support roles.

Pay Rate:

$45 to $60 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
